All orders are made with love and are ready to ship within 1-3 business days!

 

If your event is fast approaching and you would like to make sure your items will arrive in time, please contact me first before placing your order. 

 

S H I P P I N G 

 

Orders are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail® and in some cases USPS Priority Mail® or UPS®

 

Once an order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. 

 

Although I would love to hand deliver each and every order myself, it’s impossible and therefore have to use shipping carriers. Once USPS®/UPS® has possession of your package, Steffany Crafts LLC is not liable for packages that are late, damaged, lost or stolen. If you have any issues with your package during shipping, please contact USPS®/UPS® directly. 

 

Orders are sent to the address entered at check out. Please be sure to confirm your shipping address. If for some reason the incorrect address is entered, please contact me ASAP so I can try to correct it on my end. However, because my processing time is very short, I cannot guarantee that it can be done,
